Thank you for choosing Benison Printers for your printing and packaging needs. We strive to provide the highest quality products and services to all our customers. To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, please review the following terms of service. Please note that we reserve the right to update the Site, including its features and content, without prior notification to you. These updates may include changes to the design, functionality, or layout of the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any updates constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you want to cancel your order Benison Printers will be happy to assist you prior to approval. But orders cannot be canceled once they have gone into production or any process thereafter. It is only possible if there is a significant defect in the order. Customers must notify Benison Printers within 3 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim will be denied. Benison Printers will compensate your order.

Artwork Approval and Product Defects:

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork prior to production. Once approved, no changes can be made to the artwork.

Indemnity

By submitting my artwork to Benison Printers “I agree to the following terms”. The accuracy of the spelling and content has been confirmed. The layout of the document meets my standards. I am aware that my document will print EXACTLY as it appears above, that after my order has been made, I cannot make any changes, and that I am solely responsible for any typographical errors.

Format:

All visual materials must be sent in CMYK format. Any color shift that happens during conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color modes is not Benison Printers’ fault.

COLOR PROOFING and MATCHING

Benison Printers is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Electronic proofs do not show transparency and over print issues neither do they show color change from RGB to CMYK. The application of UV Coating may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Benison Printers is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV product/s.

Delivery Time

We make every effort to deliver your order on time. However, if any mishaps occur, we may delay the delivery of the printing process and waive the fees wherever possible. Please note that a delay in delivery is not grounds for order cancellation.

Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Benison Printers will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
